Only if you ask us to. On white-label projects we have no client contact at all; as a visible partner, we join the calls you set up. Non-solicitation is in every agreement.
Yes — that's most of what we do. We review your files before quoting, flag anything that won't translate well to Shopify, and build to your design rather than to a template.
Fixed, itemised quotes based on your designs or brief, at trade rates so you can add your margin. Ongoing work is billed as a monthly retainer.
You earn [X]% of the first project's value, paid within [X] days of the client paying us. There are no targets and no exclusivity.

Yes. We have an in-house ecommerce UX and design team, so we can support your designers with UX input, fill gaps in a design system, or design specific templates — while the creative direction stays with you.
