Common questions
Shopify myths, answered.
Myth
“Shopify is only for small brands.”
Shopify Plus runs some of the world's biggest direct-to-consumer brands — several in the grid above — with B2B, multiple stores and high-volume checkout built in.
Myth
“You can't customise it.”
Custom themes, apps, Shopify Functions and headless builds cover almost any brief. The limits are far fewer than most people expect.
Myth
“The fees add up.”
With Shopify Payments there are no extra transaction fees on top of card rates. We'll compare the real cost with your current platform, including hosting, plugins and developer time.
Myth
“Shopify is bad for SEO.”
Fast hosting, clean markup, editable meta data and structured data are handled well. A few things, like fixed URL prefixes, need care — and we plan for them on every build.

What our clients say
FAQs
Shopify FAQs.
Is Shopify a good ecommerce platform for growing brands?
For most product brands, yes. Hosting, security, checkout and peak-traffic performance are handled for you, so your budget goes on design, marketing and growth rather than maintenance. When you outgrow the core plans, Shopify Plus adds enterprise features on the same platform.
How much does Shopify cost?
There's a monthly plan fee, from the entry-level plans up to Advanced, with Shopify Plus priced on revenue. On top of that you'll pay card processing fees, any paid apps, and the cost of your theme or custom build. We'll help you estimate the total cost of ownership before you commit.
What's the difference between Shopify and Shopify Plus?
Shopify Plus is the enterprise plan. It adds native B2B and wholesale, more control over checkout, expansion stores for new markets, scheduled launches, higher API limits and dedicated support. It's priced on revenue rather than as a flat monthly fee.
Is Shopify better than WooCommerce?
It depends on your business. WooCommerce gives you full control of a self-hosted WordPress site, which suits content-led brands with in-house developers. Shopify suits brands that want to focus on selling: hosting, security, updates and checkout are all managed, and it scales without replatforming.
Do I need an agency to build a Shopify store?
Not always — a simple store can be set up with a theme. An agency earns its keep when you need a custom design, a migration, integrations with your ERP or warehouse, or ongoing CRO. We'll tell you honestly if you don't need us.
Can I move my existing store to Shopify?
Yes. We migrate products, customers, order history and content from platforms including WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce and custom builds, and set up redirects so you keep your search rankings and traffic.
